About the Work
We all have a journey, made up of winding paths, uphill climbs and challenging hikes. Our journeys are also made up of walks on the beach, road trips with friends and meeting loved ones.Drop Pin is an immersive performance that follows three different journey's, where its not about the final destination but what you discover along the way. Through movement, dance and intimate moments the work explores and revisits the ‘Drop Pins’ that make up our personal biographies, stories and memories.We are our journeys, we’ve all come far, let’s meet along the way.
About the Company
Drop Pin has been created by students currently studying on the MA Dance and Creative Enterprise course at Northern School of Contemporary Dance.Drop Pin is performed and produced by Yujing Zhou, Yuqing hang and Natea Joseph.
